Geoffrey is the Managing Partner of Geoffe & Associates LLP (G&A), which provides statutory audit services and other related financial services.
Geoffrey is also the Founder of and Lead Consultant at GCL which is the consulting arm of G & A. Geoffrey specializes in providing statutory audit, internal audit, accounting, tax and business consulting services to a wide variety of organizations in different sectors of the economy. To ensure exceptional quality is delivered to our clients, and as the Managing
Director of the consultancy firm GCL, Geoffrey personally oversees all engagements the firm undertakes. Over the years he has acquired considerable experience in commercial enterprises as well as public and private sector organizations. Geoffrey also serves nongovernmental organizations.
Geoffrey conducts and facilitates in-house trainings for the firm’s team members on emerging developments in auditing and accounting in line with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA). He has previously been engaged by Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) to provide training to other medium sized audit firms on quality control and best practice in line with industry standards.

- University, Massachusetts – USA– graduated with honours;
- Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) – Practicing Member.

Janet Kahindi
Director and Senior Consultant at G&A and GCL
Janet is a Director at GCL as well as a Senior Consultant. She specializes in providing internal audit, statutory audit and business consulting services to a wide variety of organizations in different sectors of the economy. Janet services clients in public sector, development as well as those in the commercial sector.
Janet is also in charge of quality control at GCL and Geoffe & Associates, ensuring that the firm keeps in line with best practice and industry standards. She coaches individual members of staff on compliance issues.

- Bachelor of Commerce Degree, Accounting – Upper Second Class Honors, University of Nairobi;
- Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) – Member;
- Higher Diploma from the Institute for the Management of Information Systems(IMIS).

Robert Mbugua
Partner at G & A
Director & Senior Consultant at GCL
Robert is a Partner at Geoffe & Associates as well as a Director and Senior Consultant at GCL. He specializes in providing statutory audit, internal audit, accounting, tax and business consulting services to a wide variety of organizations in different sectors of the economy. These include large and medium size companies, non-governmental organisations (NGO’s), and partnerships.
As the Technical Partner at the firm, Robert is involved in planning, directing and controlling all audit and accountancy engagements that the firm undertakes.
He has considerable experience in bookkeeping and maintenance of records; development, installation and review of accounting systems; ensuring compliance with accounting procedures; and provision of timely and accurate financial information.
Robert is also proficient at preparation of tax computations, interpretation of tax laws and advising on various tax matters.
